Bangkok Water Parks
Bangkok water parks are most likely more attractive to the kids in your family. And who can blame them for being bored with the hotel swimming pool. Yes, the hotel pool is one way to be the heat in Bangkok, but a visit to one of the Bangkok water parks is the best way to cool down when on holiday in Thailand.

Siam Water park is the largest one and it is part of Siam Park which has a number of other attractions, including some amusement rides. Siam Water Park has several slides, a wave pool and a lazy river pool. If you have the time and need a break from the heat of the city, spend a day or an afternoon at Bangkok's main water park.

Bangkok Temples
Thailand and Buddhist temples go hand in hand. To be Thai is to be Buddhist, and Thailand has a Buddhist temple on every street corner. It is not much different than most western countries where there is a church on every corner. Thai life is centered around the local temple. Buddhist temples come in all shapes and sizes. Bangkok temples reflect the life of wealthy business person and the less affluent workers that come from upcountry to find employment in service jobs. You visit to Bangkok will not be complete without a tour of the Temple of the Emerald Buddha. Located within the grounds of Bangkok's Grand Palace, this temple is the keeper of the Emerald Buddha which was brought from Laos by King Rama I. The Emerald Buddha is a simple of Thailand's status of a new nation under the Chakri dynasty.

Bangkok Shopping Guide
Bangkok is a shopper's paradise. Shopping in Bangkok is a diverse as the city itself. With high class shopping malls to night market stalls, Bangkok shopping has gifts to please every taste.

Bangkok is made for shopping. There are malls with designer clothes and accessories. Many of the Bangkok malls are located on the Sukhumvit line of the Bangkok skytrain. The Siam Paragon and Central World malls are two of the newer world class malls in Bangkok. They are near the Siam skytrain station.
Of course there is more to Bangkok shopping than mega malls. Your shopping trip in Bangkok will not be complete until you visit one of the many flea markets. Chatuchak is the largest and best marketplace in Bangkok. The variety of things for sale is unlimited and the sellers are willing to bargain.
